L.A.P.E.C.–P.D.L.E.S. does not offer general or technical support via telephone or email without applying the following procedures, or receiving mandatory support form. Once support form is received, support manager's response time is less than 24 business hours.
Support for instructors is available between 8 AM-8 PM EST Monday to Friday. (Please refer to secure course page on LAPEC OLMS for directions)
How to register CPD Bundle (Exiting PDLES Member)
PDLES Existing Member - If you are a current P.D.L.E.S. member under any level, you must login first and then start registration, from via"profile" and then click on"change membership level" link under "membership details" sections.

How to access CPD Bundle Program
Once you have successfully subscribed to the program and paid the invoice, simply logout and then log in again. You will be automatically landing on your program page. Read all contents carefully and apply.
If you are a returning user within the subscription period first, you must login: You will be automatically directed to the page related to your program.
In case you navigate away from your program page and wish to go back to the subscribed program page, then please pay attention and look for your program under CPD PROGRAM LOG IN (RCIC) access link/button on top menu bar. Move your mouse cursor on that button and click on your subscribed program in sub-menu link/button. You will see your course/program link in sub-menu bar. Simply click on related course button and access the program.
Q- Will I get a CD-DVD for video CPD or download to my computer?
A: No, we provide secure access to all video CPD online from our website. We dont mail out DVDs or allow download.
